A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Sunita Cindy Singh moved to the US when she was 21 years old and lived in Orange County, California before relocating to Maryland in 1999. Sunita comes from a background of entrepreneurs and managed her family-owned business before joining the Keller Williams family in February 2005. Sunita started as the Director of First Impressions then moved into the Director of Agent Services role and now the Team Leader of Growth and Development at Keller Williams Preferred Properties. Sunita also holds a Maryland Real Estate and Notary License. In 2007, she was awarded the Cultural Icon Award for the Maryland/DC region

In addition to her Keller Williams Preferred Properties family, she is very active with her immediate family. She loves to travel and has a passion for diplomacy. In her spare time she can be found watching a good movie, cooking, or just spending quality time with friends and family.
